Cub Scout Pack 51 and Boy Scout Troop 51
of Clarion PA
Pack 51 and Troop 51 is chartered by Masonic Lodge of Clarion and serves boys in first through fifth grades, mostly from the Clarion and Clarion-Limestone districts, Immaculate Conception Catholic School and home school students. (Please visit the Boy Scout tab at the top for additional troop information.)
The Cub Scout program teaches boys about Community, Family, Outdoors, and Self through a set of fun, organized activities.
Small dens are formed of three to twelve boys in the same grade level. Den Leaders and an assistant, along with volunteer parents, lead the weekly den meetings using program ideas from Cub Scout books. The Pack is the sum of all the dens.
Our den meetings are held weekly, Thursday nights, at 6:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church. The last Thursday of each month we meet as a Pack.
Cub Scouting is for Families
Cub Scouting is a family activity. Families are involved in a number of ways. Many of the requirements for completing the Bobcat, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, and Webelos badges require family involvement. Our goal is to have a parent of every family help out with at least one and usually two pack events each year, in addition to supporting and/or running a den.
